• Instructors may retain ownership of content they upload, but grant Zuperlearn a license to host, display, and deliver such content to users.

5. Payments, Fees, and Refunds

• Fees for courses, subscriptions, or services are displayed at the time of purchase.
• Payments must be made via our approved payment methods.
• By making a purchase, you authorize us (or our third-party payment processors) to charge your chosen payment method.
• Refunds, if offered, are subject to our Refund Policy (available separately or included here).
• We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, but such changes will not affect purchases already completed.

• We do not provide financial, investment, trading, or legal advice.

• Zuperlearn and its instructors shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from reliance on our content.

7. User Content

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

• Zuperlearn shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
• Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for that Service within the last 6 months.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of Saint Lucia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Saint Lucia.
